For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing the 55bmw2 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55bmw2.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55bmw2 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

55bmw2 operates in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. As part of this compliance obligation, 55bmw2 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests, activating certain promotional offers, or in response to any regulatory request.

Documents That May Be Requested. Verification documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, voter's ID, or other government-issued photographic identification; proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months); and proof of payment method (screenshot or statement showing your GCash, Maya, or bank account details matching those registered on your 55bmw2 Account).

Fund Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 55bmw2 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of those funds. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available through 55bmw2 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the respective promotion page. These specific terms include, at minimum, the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit requirement, maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, and bonus expiry period.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are set out in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games while wagering bonus funds may be voided.

Tier benefits, including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and dedicated account management, are subject to tier-specific terms. 55bmw2 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure, tier thresholds, and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

Game Rules. All games available on the 55bmw2 Platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface, including Return to Player (RTP) percentages, paytable information, and special feature mechanics. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and any general description of a game on the Platform, the in-game rules shall prevail.

Random Number Generators. All slot games, virtual table games, and other non-live games on the 55bmw2 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Technical Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bmw2 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Player's Right to Close. You may request the closure of your 55bmw2 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure.

Fund Forfeiture. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 55bmw2 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 55bmw2.

Any unauthorized use of 55bmw2's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

Service Availability. 55bmw2 will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, 55bmw2 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, third-party system failures, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. 55bmw2 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform unavailability.

Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55bmw2's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 55bmw2 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Excluded Losses. 55bmw2 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity; (c) losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform; or (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Third-Party Services. The 55bmw2 Platform may incorporate or interact with third-party services, including game software providers, payment processors, and live streaming providers. 55bmw2 does not accept liability for any failure, error, or conduct of third-party service providers beyond 55bmw2's reasonable control.

55bmw2 collects, processes, and retains personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by 55bmw2 is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have provided the relevant consent — marketing communications. 55bmw2 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

55bmw2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 55bmw2 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may request account closure. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

The version date and version number displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time these Terms are amended. You are advised to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 55bmw2 holds its operating license. Where 55bmw2 is licensed to operate in the Philippine market, PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines shall apply to the extent mandated by that license.

Dispute Resolution — First Step. In the event of a dispute between you and 55bmw2, you are encouraged to contact the 55bmw2 customer support team in the first instance. 55bmw2 aims to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. A complaint may be submitted via the live chat support channel or by written communication to the contact details set out in Section 17.

Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the 55bmw2 internal dispute resolution process, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body specified in 55bmw2's operating license terms. Where no such ADR body is specified, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
